You cannot possibly buy your true beauty, nor can you really work for it. You can only find it.
In this world people are depending on each other, there are nearly to no things which you still have to do on your own. Ironically, people depend on each other, but they also put themselves on first place constantly. Life is a process. You find yourself new and anew all the time, until you're old, and have children and grandchildren.
This being said, we should accept ourselves how we are. We should see who we are, where we see ourselves and who we want to be. We should honour the ones who have long passed away, but have contributed so much to our world. - because everything we see and use in our today's world would never be exisiting if the humans didn't work together. We should also accept the fact that we are here to contribute something to this world, and we should think ahead into the future. What will be and what our contribution will help the world.
But that is long not all you have to do to find your own beauty and yourself.
In this world, everyone is influencing everyone. People put themselves on first place, but on the other hand, they depend on each other as much as a plant depends on water. You should use your common sense and your mind - think about the purpose of life and why you're even here. Try to integrate yourself into the world, but do not let yourself get absorbed by it. More and more people get lost - depression, suicide are the answers to this. Try to integrate you, but at the same time, question everything you do. Why am I doing this? Why is this helpful for me or for others? Why am I learning this? For every question, there's an answer. Go and find it. Keep your mind working and always stay aware of your world. In today's world it's hard to keep your own thoughts - but use that last bit of freedom you still have.
Thinking and our mind is probably the only thing we truly posses. Nobody can take it away. And the best thing is, everyone has this freedom, everyone has his own mind, everyone can store whatever information they want in it and nobody can ever take that away.
If you also want to find yourself, then honour not only the ones who contributed something to the world, also honour what your parents gave you and what you had since your birth. It is important to be optimistic with a bit of humor.
It is important to live in the here and now, but never forget that there was a past and that there is a future.
In today's world, you can do everything with the help of others, or of books, or the internet. But there's one thing nobody can help you with.
The journey of finding yourself. We're all individuals, so everyone has his own personal journey to make - and if you think really closely about it, that is probably the real purpose of your life.
That you make that journey. And finish it.
A lot of people give up on their way, because it's too hard. And it is hard, life is hard, it is unfair. But it also offers so many beautiful moments. If you see those, you are one step closer of finding yourself, of finding happiness in your life, of feeling good with who you are.
Before you can do a large-scale revolution, you first have to do a very personal and individual revolution inside yourself. Because only if you change on the inside, you can allow changes form the outside.
This is a journey everyone has to make alone, but it is also a journey everyone has to do.
There's no exception, wether you're rich or poor, famous or infamous.
Life makes no exception.
It is your choice who you choose to be.
Finding yourself is probably the hardest journey in every human being's life.
And the most fulfilling.

The Nothings
The Nothings
Once upon a time there were somethings.
Somethings where the little girl with the pigtails would come bouncing home talking to her mother about what she did at school today, how was her friend Jimmy, and oh! she almost forgot her crayons, but luckily Emily was there to remind her.
She would prattle on and on delightedly while her mother listened, her euphoria taking her higher than the moon.
***
She insisted on acting "grown up".
She would sit, straight and stark, and never forget to keep her elbows off the table and her napkin on her lap. She would always say "yes, ma'am," , "no, ma'am,", "thank you very, very muchly," and

Fade Away
Thinking of you
While looking at this mess I'm in
Shines the light
on all the dreams that might have been.
Crying about the tears I've cried
Thinking of this part inside
That died for you,
and all the words left unsaid.
You never let me speak,
I died for you,
and all the love I spent
should have let you know
that I've never went
to a worse place than when you left.
But it's all okay.
It's all okay.
I've cleaned up all this mess you've made.
Shattered glass
and a broken heart
Goes well with this world
you left taken apart.
Crying about the tears I've cried,
you make me wonder when love subsides
and breaks away to nothi

How to Write an Introduction
Pen to paper, and chin in hand, the ink tip hovers over the first blue line of the sheet. I pause, and sigh softly through my nose. I'm to write about myself. To confess to people who I am, what I am, why I write, and how I came to love it? Any other details found to be interesting to them - or myself, even? Tapping the pencil to the paper, I tilt my eyes up in thought.
Being as boring as I view myself, I don't know what to share. Saying I'm from Los Angeles is no great feat on the webs as it is in person, to a university in the middle of Idaho - also known as absolutely nowhere. Wanting to be a teacher, double majoring with Secondary Educat

Umm.. well
I had to write that two times because it got deleted the first time. I got so angry . .-.
But I like both versions.
Oh wow, I got so poetic and emotional in this one.
Just felt like writing my thoughts down sometime.
I have such thoughts all the time.
And this is a tricky question. I'm sure I didn't answer it. Nobody can answer it. x.x
Well, I'm too tired to wrtie more. Just interpret that however you want :3
